We are the resistance in our country. We do not need guns or violence we just need our vote.
what is the resistance? In the past history of this world there have always been people that have taken a stand when their country or way of life was threatened. I am an American and I am the resistance
I am a nurse and father but, most of all I am an American. Our country is in the hole becuase we have not done enough to stop the leaders from their work not ours.
Well he had my attention until this video and now I've completely dismissed him. How sad that a man with enough nerve to run as a write-in doesn't have enough nerve to face the idea of two PEOPLE getting married. Considering the era Mr. Lucas grew up in, I would hope he doesn't hold these same prejudices in regards to interracial relationships or many other social issues of the past. He will not get my vote.
where did you see prejudice in my video you have a have heard what you want not what I said. I said that my belief was mine and that this is what I am. You stated things about interracial relationships and many other social issues.
When you spend money out of your pocket to help people in need. When you give up you job to help others in need then you can give me a speech but, I did not say you had no rights nor did I say that people who are gay are different from me no you heard what you wanted and this is why I posted this video so people know who I am and that at least I tell the truth I do not need to lie about my belief so if you do not want to vote for me then vote for those who will lie to you just to get you vote
The fact that you think marriage is only between a man and a woman is the prejudice I saw in your video. I have heard what you said. I hope as an adult, you are able to form your own opinions about things and not believe in terms of "how you were raised". Maybe so, maybe not.
As a matter of fact, I have given my time and money to help and serve others so I shall continue giving you a "speech" as I have earned that right per your standards noted above.
I respect your honesty but am ashamed to be a part of a community that fosters discrimination against any minority and I am extrememly concerned when I see an opportunity for those who discriminate, get elected to a public office.
