IN A SERIES OF EVENTS

If you are reading this you are the resistance

Most of our lives can be said to have been made up of a series of events. What if we had gone right? Then again what if we had not taken that left? What would have been the difference to us now as a country, or a people?
What do you think the founders of our country thought so many years ago when they faced the facts that if we do not stand up and make clear our choices we would have remained a country with no soul. The daunting task before them had to be so very hard for some of them because it was sure that they not only could lose there name, home, property, but also their very life. The founders also had to convince the people of the colonies to join them in a fight that most would have thought was no good or that they could not over come. The people had to be to shown that we could not allow a government to tax us and steal from us in the name of governess of all. That the very power of a real government should be no more than the very power that each man, women, and child would be so inclined to give to each other.

Now the series of events that had changed the world and brought forth this new nation was not bought and paid for with money from rich founders. This nation was not brought forth by deals made in back rooms or by party interest. No, it was a series of events that men and women of this great nation would pay the price of life and blood. The price was to insure that our futures would always be one of freedom and greatness. That we would only answer to each other in a voice that could be heard in our representation in our government.
Now over the years that representation has changed in the fact that farmers and fellow country men and women have not been picked to lead our government but, we have been picked to serve as servants to those who have power and wealth. In these very actions the common good of a nation cannot be served, nor will a people understand what they have lost until it is too late.

The Constitution of our great nation was not written so that lawyers and those of great education or power could rule the people. It was not written so that our nation would be divided by those who would claim to understand some under lying source of given power to the government or its judiciary. It was written and left in place so that we the people could look at it and say “We the people”, and know that we have brought forth one country under God with believe in each other. That this believes would bring to all of us the great future of freedom we seek and that our Constitution would stand the test of time not for interpretation but, for the guidance that within the writing no one person could change what we had done.

In a series of events that has change as we have forgotten the common person can run and should. That the power of money and party ideology is not the government our founders wanted. That we must from time to time pick up the pitch forth a stick it right in the side of those who have forgotten the blood and sacrifice of the past. We must remind them that this is not a country of people that are to be ruled, but a country that is a people to rule its government.

So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. That we make one loud and clear stand and write in the vote or look to the outside of the parties for a real person some one that will take the job not because of power, but because it is the right thing to do. Sometimes it only takes one person to change the world in which we live. Please do not allow the real dream of this nation to be laid to rest without a real fight. Find people tell others and write in your vote. The message we send will tell the world that we are one country that believes in the people not the government.
