THE GIVEN POWER OF WE THE PEOPLE
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Comes now we the people of the United States of American to make statement to the powers entrusted unto us in the Constitution of these United States, that it be known that all the power held within a citizen have been paid for with the blood of our forefathers. That we the people have been given the right to demand that our elected leaders are to be governed by the people, and that those that are call citizen are not subjects to be ruled by said government.
We the people called citizens of the United States now come forth to set out demands that are the rights of each citizen to demand that our government now listen to what we feel is your responsibility to all and not just some.
1: We the people demand that no more money be spent or borrowed in our name until each citizen and their descendents are given proof that we will not be made to pay for your misuse of our trust.
2: We the people demand that no elected official be allowed to use the money paid in the form of taxation without a cause of return to those that have paid said bill.
3: We the people demand that any negotiations in which we the tax payer of this country will be asked to pay for the item in said negotiations, be held in nothing less than an open display for all citizens to behold.
4: We the people demand that no elected official within our government be allowed to call any citizen of this country any other name other than citizen. The people demand that we be recognized for who we are and not what you may think.
5: We the people demand that we retain the rights given to us under our Constitution and that these rights not be misused to protect those that would do harm to a citizen of this country.
6: We the people demand that all who have served in the military of this great nation be given back to them all that they have given in kind to the defense of this our nation. That no member be made to wait for medical care for any reason.
7: WE the people demand that our government protect the citizens by protecting our borders with all means needed to insure that the laws made by and given unto the citizens of this country are upheld.
8: We the people demand that all elected leaders are made to protect the opportunity of each legal citizen to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and given an understanding that each citizen is not to be seen as a lower class by those in government.
9: We the people demand that all those that serve in our government now have term limits placed upon them as this will allow those in government to do the work of the people and after said work return to the very citizens that have given those this opportunity.
10: We the people demand that our government now remember that our country is not like any other in this world, and that we are a free people with given rights that protect us. That these rights set out long before these days did not give our leaders the right to forfeit our country and its laws to others. It is stated that we the people must cast off a government that is not of the people, by the people, and for the people.
11: We the people demand that no citizen of our nation will ever have their right to bear arms taken from them and that no government elected by the people will try to take away said right nor give comfort to any effort in said manner.
To all citizens who want our country back I do sign my name

A CROSSING OF A RIVER
If you are reading this you part of the resistance
December 1776 it was in this time that the American Revolution and its leader George Washington fell onto desperate times. The ragtag Continental Army was encamped along the Pennsylvania shore of the Delaware River exhausted, demoralized and uncertain of its future.
The British and Hessian troops had in August invaded Long Island routing the colonial forces, forcing a desperate escape to the island of Manhattan. The British then followed up their victory with an attack on Manhattan that compelled the Americans to again retreat, this time across the Hudson River to New Jersey.
The British followed in hot pursuit, chasing the Americans through New Jersey and by December had forced the Continental Army to abandon the state and cross the Delaware into Pennsylvania. Now with the British victories it seemed that the British would soon put down the Revolution.
Now to make this problem even worse for Washington the enlistments of the majority of the militias under his command were due to expire at the end of the month and the troops return to their homes. Washington had to do something and quickly.
Washington knew that he would need to do something as to give hope to the country and to encourage his men to stay and fight. His decision was to attack the British. The target was the Hessian-held town of Trenton just across the Delaware River.
During the night of December 25, Washington led his troops across the ice-swollen Delaware about 9 miles north of Trenton. The weather was horrendous and the river treacherous. Raging winds combined with snow, sleet and rain to produce almost impossible conditions. To add to the difficulties, a significant number of Washington's force marched through the snow without shoes.
The next morning they attacked to the south, taking the Hessian garrison by surprise and over-running the town. After fierce fighting, and the loss of their commander, the Hessians surrendered.
Washington's victory was complete but his situation precarious. The violent weather continued - making a strike towards Princeton problematic. Washington and his commanding officers decided to retrace their steps across the Delaware taking their Hessian prisoners with them.
The news of the American victory spread rapidly through the colonies reinvigorating the failing spirit of the Revolution. The battle's outcome also gave Washington and his officers the confidence to mount another campaign. On December 30 they again crossed the Delaware, attacked and won another victory at Trenton on January 2, and then pushed on to Princeton defeating the British there on January 3.
Although not apparent at the time, these battles were a decisive turning point in the Revolution. The victories pulled the languishing Revolution out of the depths of despair, galvanized colonial support, shocked the British and convinced potential allies such as France, Holland and Spain, that the Continental Army was a force to be reckoned with.
So why this story now, because it showed that even in the darkest days when all seem lost once again the real people of this country people like you and I took a stand for freedom. The government was not there to back them it was up to them to keep the dream alive. Can we not do this again and show that we understand the power of our vote.
So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. That we make one loud and clear stand and write in the vote or look to the outside of the parties for a real person some one that will take the job not because of power, but because it is the right thing to do. Sometimes it only takes one person to change the world in which we live. Please do not allow the real dream of this nation to be laid to rest without a real fight. Find people tell others and write in your vote. The message we send will tell the world that we are one country that believes in the people not the government.

RACISM IN AMERICA
If you are reading this you are part of the resistance
I am at a loss on this issue as we have elected an African-American as the President for the first time in our country’s history yet there are people in our country that scream RACISM. I offer these facts as they are. Senate leader Harry Reid and he is the leader of the democrats in the Senate calling that then candidate Obama “light skinned” with no “negro Dialect” unless he wanted to have one. The very same Harry Reid has stated his description of “tea partiers” as “evil-mongers” and his summertime comparison of lack of health insurance coverage to slavery. So now he calls his statements a “poor choice of words”
My question is where is MSNBC now? Where is Chris Matthews who has said time after time that all the tea parties and the people in them could not stand the President because he was black? That in fact all of the people in the tea parties raciest. Where are CNN, NBC and CBS on this? I can tell you they are with most of the democrats on this issue and we all forgive Harry because he really did not mean it. I will bet that he was taken out of context, is that not the words used when you get caught with your own words.
Let me ask this question on Mr. Jesse Jackson when then Candidate Obama was running for office and he even talked about castrating Mr. Obama and yet again we allow the pass because they said sorry or the “I was taken out of context”. I am sick of this because we have one group of people that can say what they want and well I sorry and it goes away, yet people like Chris Matthews and even some in our own congress still make the claim that we the people that are not in line with the Health care bill, or cap and trade are all raciest and we hate the President because he his black.
I say enough if you really stop and take a look at what the press and some within our government are saying it does not take long to see that using racism is the key to trying to tear us apart. That if you listen to their very words they have used them over and over and people like Chris Matthews make all of us weak as they are not tell the truth at any point. It is time for change for all of white and black people in our country or if you see it as I do Americans one and all.
Long live the fighter

TO HOLD TOGETHER IN THE COLD WHAT MUST WE DO
If you are reading this you are now part of the resistance
It is 1777 it is cold and our new country in the balance yet there is no fight at hand. Around us men of the Continental Army, bloody foot prints in the snow they were sick, starved and discouraged and the question was can we make it. George Washington whose first concern was always his soldiers would accuse the Congress of "little feeling for the naked and distressed soldiers. I feel superabundantly for them and from my soul pity those miseries, which it is neither in my power to relieve or prevent."
As there was no fight at Valley Forge it was none less the importance to our country and to our history in this our first steps toward freedom in this new land. It is cold today here in Indiana I have a coat that is very warm, I have shoes on my feet and the heat works to keep my family and me warm. So why did they stay and what drove these men to stay in the face of what would have seemed hell on earth?
There comes a time in which people have to find in them a choice to fight or to give up. What would make a person endure the torture of the cold, little food, and the thought that your government had forgotten you? The answer is simple it was the thought of living in freedom. With the thought that if we win we will not be ruled by a government or a king we will be a free nation under God to be ruled by our laws and a government by the people for the people.
Today we see that dream slipping away. We find that the elected leaders have forgotten the past of our future. They make laws that they enforce at will on some. They feel that they understand what it is to be a farmer or a person of little means yet they look down at a country that says no not now please listen to our voice as to say we will give you what we think you need to fight the war no more and no less. I wonder will we see them in the cold. Will they fight when their stomach is empty? Will they stay with us bloody feet and discouraged. I think we know the answer to that, for it is the common men and women that pay the price to save this country. It has been on our back that they have made their halls of granite and marble.
Today it is cold and I wonder where we will make a stand. What will we do to understand why those men stayed with Washington in the cold? What will happen to a dream that our men and women fought for? Where is the cause of freedom today? It is here with us in our hearts and minds. We share it with our families and friends and we understand that today the cause of freedom will not come from those how say they our leading this nation but, it will come from the farmers, and the common men and women that work to make their country great.
Long live the fighter

A LESSON IN HOW TO FIGHT EVEN WHEN ALL SEEMS LOST
If you reading this you are now part of the resistance.
A lot of what I write about is a time in history when we had to stand and fight for not only what we thought was right but, what the world thought was right. The message today is one that was given to us by the men that fought and died in a little town in Belgian called Bastogne. For those of you that do not know this story, the 101st Airborne division was pushed into Bastogne to slow what was known as the battle of the bulge. The division was surrounded and cut off but, yet the held.
The question is why would this mean anything to us today and why do you think we should listen to this. I think that when we have forgotten the past and what has come before most of us, we then forget what the future meant to those who lost their lives.
When the Germans had surrounded the embattled Americans their commander sent a message to the commanding General of the 101st Gen. McAuliffe requesting the honorable surrender of the American. General McAuliffe’s response was “NUTS”. The commander of 327 GIR interpreted it to the German truce party as “go to hell”.
What is the message hear? It is that even in time of most despair out numbered and no winter clothing, these men pulled together to fight with each other and for each other. In our country today we still have men and women that will serve our country in much the same way yet, we that are not in the military have forgotten how to fight. The real thing to learn is that we cannot just give up and say well that is the way it is. We cannot just say well they are going to win so why try. No we must look for a very clear message, one that they (and I mean both parties) could not see coming. The time is now and we must take a real stand for “we the people” and use you vote to write in a real person.
It can be done if we start now to show the rest of our country that we do not need the politics of the old way and we do not need the party faithful tell us that we would be waste our vote. Really over time have we become stronger? Have we gained more than we have lost? Have we seen a government that really works for us? Well I say “NUTS”.
So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. GAVE PROOF THRO’ THE NIGHT THAT OUR FLAGE WAS STILL THERE
If you are reading this you are part of the resistance.
For many of you might know these words and what they mean. For some they are just words to a song we learned while in school but, do you know the real history behind these words. These words written in action after the bombardment of Fort McHenry by Francis Scott Key in the year 1814 gave hope to many that opposed the war of 1812. A lot do not know that in this very war on August 25, 1814 that the British under General Ross marched into the capital city almost unopposed and burned to the ground, then the war became personal to most new Americans at that time.
Francis Key said "I saw the flag of my country waving over a city--the strength and pride of my native State--a city devoted to plunder and desolation by its assailants. I witnessed the preparations for its assaults. I saw the array of its enemies as they advanced to the attack. I heard the sound of battle; the noise of conflict fell upon my listening ear, and told me that 'the brave and the free' had met the invaders."
Can you see the flag today? Can we understand the pride that Mr. Key must have had that on this day after all the hell he had seen that our flag was still there? In our world of today we speak as many people not of one nation. Our flag has been used by some in their freedom of speech as a door mat. It has been burned and spit on. It has been flown lower than other countries flags right here at home yet can you not still see it.
Our flag has been placed on many shores by men and women that have served our country with honor. The Marines have hosted this cloth of stars and strips on hill under hostile conditions and for what. The men and women of our country that go into harms way wear this flag on their shoulder to say yes we are Americans yet can we still see it on high. The men and women that have served this country have always stopped and given respect to this our countries flag because they know as I do that some day they may pay the price for it to fly.
We have many problems in our country and we are not the people of our government, no we are no more to them than those that pay the rent. That we strive to support our families and make better our country does not matter. Is the air clearing now? Is the dawn here? I cannot understand why our government feels that it has the right to make us accept that those in power understand what life is like for you and me. That the greater cause now is to see if the flag is still there, that after all the cold nights and all that has come to past can we now take back what was give onto us not to our government. Can we turn back the fight within us, about us and show that yes our flag is still there. I look to the shore as the light comes on is it still there? I feel the breeze on my back yes, I think I see it. Wait there is some one there is it yes I think it is you holding that standard high for all to see. I see another to your left and yet another to your right. What a feeling it must have been to see the flag flying high as to say we are here to stay.
Now let’s fight for the real America, you have to know the real truth that we can make a real vote without all the crap from the media or parties without all the money and the hoopla. Let us find real people that live in our world to give us the real voice in this government. Take back what is ours or please just give me the chance to hold the flag. Some would say take out the drama and let’s get real. Do you feel that we have done a good job to this point? Or do you feel good about what can happen when you remember your past.
Long live the fighter
So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. That we make one loud and clear stand and write in the vote or look to the outside of the parties for a real person some one that will take the job not because of power, but because it is the right thing to do. Sometimes it only takes one person to change the world in which we live. Please do not allow the real dream of this nation to be laid to rest without a real fight. Find people tell others and write in your vote. The message we send will tell the world that we are one country that believes in the people not the government.

IN THE FIGHT WILL YOU BE BESIDE ME OR BEHIND ME

If you are reading this you are part of the resistance
Today’s post will ask that question. It is not about us fighting each other, more over it is about our will to pick up the sword and strike the first blow. I once told a reporter by the name of Dale Moss that you cannot win a fight until you start one. In American today we have many different groups that have started up with the intention of changing our government to make us the focus of what takes place in our country. It is sad to say that after time those that start such a good thing start to become more main stream. We see the slowing of the group with the affiliation with the old instead of moving onto the new.
Yesterday I got a message from one of my group on face book that said they would have to drop out if I sent to many messages. I asked most of the group for their thoughts on this issue. Most if not all felt ok with the messages as this is what our group is about. One of our members asked me about the 912 group which I had joined and like most I found over time that the very same people that wanted change lost their focus. They began the attacks on what others thought; in fact one would say that because no one would lead they lost their way. This blog I write is no easy task for me as some of my friends will tell you. I am no great writer and sometimes my spelling well it sucks but I keep trying because I am just the common person working to pay bills and to make life better for my family. In short I am most of you with the exception that I am probably on some watch list for my views.
How will we win this fight and what can we do? I have been asked this question many times and I have even asked it myself but, truth be known many of us will say that the write in vote will not work and I ask why. People have said that they would not waste a vote because they do not want the other party to win. Well they have won already because we are scared to make this kind of leap. If we start now hitting the press, using the net and getting more people on this message then yes we will make it work. Remember you cannot win the fight until you start one. You cannot say we cannot do it until we try, and at the end of the day even if we lose the battle we will show that we can make a real difference in our country we just have to try.
This fight and our group is not about things that have been done or the same old we can change things just send us more money, no my friends this group is true to you the reader and the fighter. America’s history is full of people that would not go quietly into the night. We have seen time and again the world as it has called upon us to help then when it is over we become the butt of all that is wrong. Americans have fought side by side to try and make this world better for all, while the all uses us to diminish what we have given. The real fight one might say will be within us to really understand that we can win back our country if we forget about the media and the parties and focus on our country. Take the time to read what I have said and think back to a time when people gathered to sign a document that gave all of us hope and freedom knowing that the cost would be great, yet the future they would create would far out pay the price.
I make not excuse for what I say and how I say it. I am an America, I am a father and grandfather. I have seen the death of my own child in my arms and I have served my country. This group is much different than any other and to be part of it you must know we are in the fight for our country and all she has to offer to our future. There are no greater words that I can say to all of you than this. You are a patriot you are a fighter and with the help of God we will show this country what a real election should be.
Long live the fighter
So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. IT IS THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT AND I FEEL FINE
If you are reading this you are part of the resistance
Is that not how the song goes, that the world could end and all would be fine. In our country today there are many that feel that our way of life are very existence is coming to an end yet we do not care. Well I find that to be as absurd as me not care for patient because of there race or their very believes in a God or no God.
Yesterday I was posting some information to my face book page and a pop-up came up and stated that some one found my post to be abusive, that I was misusing the account and that “they” were going to investigate it. That my account could be shut down if “they” find out that this is a fact, so hence “the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine”. I was not really worried about this and I took to the group to let them know what had taken place so if all of a sudden I was gone then they would know we had offended the right group of sheepeople and that the message was hitting them right between the eyes.
One of the group stated that now is the time for us to stop paying and to start collecting on what America was meant to be. If we are truly the land of the free and the home of the brave, and if we have trust in God then what is the price for freedom today. Would I pick up arms to retake our country God I would hope that we would never get to that point? I feel that in these days ahead and with the heart and soul of America we can retake our country showing others that we have real choice. That we us the Constitution its frame work to root out the bad within our government to make right the fact that our government is to work for us not to enslave us and the future of our families.
Most of you might not know that I live in southern Indiana and I am trying to get people to write in the vote. Others have told me that this will not work because people will not follow this kind of advice, that we are basically a two party system with some outside parties. I really do not want the job as Congressman but, I would do it. I do not need the power machine or the headache that comes with it but, I do understand what the need is here and the real need for a voice from all of us. I am not asking for any money nor will I have to support a staff of people as I am not asking for people to give the last dime in their pocket, no I am asking them to give me what is free to them and that is their vote.
The Constitution of this country one of the greatest written documents of this world was written with one thing in mind. It was written by people that left the old world to come a new in this country. That what they had started here would not be laid to waste by those that found freedom to be a gift and not a right. That we be given the chance to make good in this land, to find that which they could not find in their country of old and that was life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. What greater cause in our country today to live with each other to grow or country for the betterment of all who work to provide. I always thought that the founders of this great country envisioned us a country of people working to make life better. That our leaders would be picked by us from those around us not above us, that the true cost of life could be measured by those leaders as they would return to us after they had served their term and they would again share with the people the work they had done.
Is it the end of the world as we know it or have we just forgotten what the real dream was here? Do we stand as a country to make better our nation for all Americans or do we sale out so we can have the best of cheap good. Do we forget the price paid to bring this country onto these shores or do we regain pride and show these thieves in DC who we really our. Listen to what I am saying use your vote and just see if there is even a place to write it in and pick one of us to light a new way. Let us leave the old world behind once again and start a new in this country of ours. Never forget we are the people that where spoken about “we are the people”.
So I ask you my fellow American to join me in the fight at “I am the resistance 2010” I ask that you think about what we can do with our vote and why it was so important that we had been given it. ALL IN GOOD TIME
If you are reading this you are the resistance
The saying we have all heard from our parents or friends but what is “good time” and what does it mean. I feel that all in good time means that we must learn to watch and wait then take action on what we have learned. That after we have seen the results we must then make the assumption that no action is no longer the correct response and that in order to change our future we must now conclude that this is our good time.
Now I started out with this subject to explain how we got here today. Some in our country would like to blame the new administration I for one would like to point that we have been sliding down the road of self destruction for sometime . We have all played our part in the grand party ideology and we have not taken a real stand. Each person can tell you why their party’s concepts are best for this country and most will tell you that it is the fault of the other guy that we are in this mess. For many they have become the sheepeople, yes those that follow with no knowledge of history or self. They hear and they listen with only one thought in their heads, that of we are right and you are wrong.
Our country did not get here over night and it will take a lot more than what is being done right now to make things better. You cannot spend your way out of a hole because; the hole you are making right now will take more dirt to fill. The fact that we owe so much money to other countries like China is funny. We cannot even ask them to change their trade imbalance or to make life better for those that are slaves to lower wages because all they have to do is call in some of the loans we have. The two parties that have run been in control of our country for so long have sold your soul all in good time.
We now stand looking at another election yet we again hate each other because we are not of the same party. What happened to American first? What happened to we the people in the common struggle to make our country the home of the free. Our very freedom has been wasted by politicians most of them lawyers that make laws no one even understand. The question you might ask is why well let’s take a look at that one point. Lawyers make law, they defend the law, and they become the judges so who better to make the tool in which we can take things from others without cause.
Now take note that we have had problems in our country for a very long time and we are told with each election that we are going to be saved. That the new thing coming around the corner is better than the old and that we cannot understand just how much we need them, but remember this that the only true fact in our country is that the two same parties have been in charge from the start and what have we gained verses what we have lost. That we have a country that has no center and it very wealth is been given out to every country with its hand out. That we cloth, feed and educate more people around the world than we do right here and we do it for free. Is that the cost of freedom give to other that which you have taken from us? Then charge us twice for the very same thing Remember all in good time.
I am no great writer of works and I will tell you that you might find a lot wrong in my blog but, I am trying to do something can that all be bad.

IN A SERIES OF EVENTS
If you are reading this you are the resistance
Most of our lives can be said to have been made up of a series of events. What if we had gone right? Then again what if we had not taken that left? What would have been the difference to us now as a country, or a people?
What do you think the founders of our country thought so many years ago when they faced the facts that if we do not stand up and make clear our choices we would have remained a country with no soul. The daunting task before them had to be so very hard for some of them because it was sure that they not only could lose there name, home, property, but also their very life. The founders also had to convince the people of the colonies to join them in a fight that most would have thought was no good or that they could not over come. The people had to be to shown that we could not allow a government to tax us and steal from us in the name of governess of all. That the very power of a real government should be no more than the very power that each man, women, and child would be so inclined to give to each other.
Now the series of events that had changed the world and brought forth this new nation was not bought and paid for with money from rich founders. This nation was not brought forth by deals made in back rooms or by party interest. No, it was a series of events that men and women of this great nation would pay the price of life and blood. The price was to insure that our futures would always be one of freedom and greatness. That we would only answer to each other in a voice that could be heard in our representation in our government.
Now over the years that representation has changed in the fact that farmers and fellow country men and women have not been picked to lead our government but, we have been picked to serve as servants to those who have power and wealth. In these very actions the common good of a nation cannot be served, nor will a people understand what they have lost until it is too late.
The Constitution of our great nation was not written so that lawyers and those of great education or power could rule the people. It was not written so that our nation would be divided by those who would claim to understand some under lying source of given power to the government or its judiciary. It was written and left in place so that we the people could look at it and say “We the people”, and know that we have brought forth one country under God with believe in each other. That this believes would bring to all of us the great future of freedom we seek and that our Constitution would stand the test of time not for interpretation but, for the guidance that within the writing no one person could change what we had done.
In a series of events that has change as we have forgotten the common person can run and should. That the power of money and party ideology is not the government our founders wanted. That we must from time to time pick up the pitch forth a stick it right in the side of those who have forgotten the blood and sacrifice of the past. We must remind them that this is not a country of people that are to be ruled, but a country that is a people to rule its government.
